I would like to get some more sound into the living room and generally spice up the living room a little more. But I'm an absolute novice what TV Hifi etc, as far as know only the most popular brands such as devil and Bose by their name recognition…
At the moment I have a soundbar from Samsung. I watch TV via a receiver connected to the TV, but I do not want to switch the source unnecessarily if I play Playstation or watch a movie on the Playstation.
What do I want to achieve? Or. What did I imagine?
I do not need surround sound; I imagined, TV on the wall and lins / right next to a box and a center box in the middle. It is best to come from a single source, no matter if I play Playstation, the laptop s.TV connect or watch on the receiver TV, or if I make something on my TV's APP, Amazon / Netflix.
Is that possible? Or can I switch over the annoying source not around it? Are there such complete packages? Do I come with a budget of 1500 euro?
So for you an AVR would be useful. In the comments I read from the Denon X1500. Good device. Actually identical with the 1400h or No appreciably better equipment, except for the 2nd HDMI output. Do you really only need if you still have a projector.
The AVR you connect with the HDMI cable s.Television and the AVR you have 6 or 7 HDMI inputs. So more than enough for your devices. You only have to turn on the TV and the rest you change over the AVR. (the sources)
If you want to hear 3.0, then you either buy two front speakers and a center or 3 same front speakers, of which you run one as a center.
What does your budget say? Vlt you can then make some suggestions.
It's going to be difficult with the springs. Are different devices.
The easiest way: connect all devices to the TV and then with HDMI the devil Ultima 40 active.
Your TV must then dominate but also all codecs. Otherwise, the detour via an av receiver, if your current codecs can.
Teufel also has a bundle of boxes and receivers. By the way, I'm very convinced of hell.
Even the small satellites have a rich tone.
The Ultima are perfect for movie and music. But only stereo.
If you want to center then you should consider a 5.1 system.
Or alternative: a really good soundbar. Devil has a new one as well. Has a kind of center and two links and right for virtual surround sound. Better than nothing.
Are with all variants with approximately 1000 euro, except 5.1 with very good boxes. It gets more expensive. But you can also start small.
Okay, that sounds good.
My budget is capped at 1500 euro, would be good if it stays under it, but not bad wenns 100 - 200 more.
3.0 means without subwoofer? Of course, I would also like to have that. That would be a 3.1?
Super2K scared off some of the devil Ultima 40aktiv, but they have to be moved further away from the wall. I would like to attach my speakers to the wall. Put a subwoofer in some corner.
That sounds like a case for an a / v reciver… So a classic 5.1 system. Since you can connect via HDMI all devices from Apple TV to X Box via HDMI on it. Do your devices have CEC (Consumer Elecronics Control) then turn them if necessary even when switching even the source to.
Devil is no longer what it used to be. How big is the room and do you want tower speakers or rather well-sized bookshelf speakers (because of space or optics)
I'll put together something I would buy
The room part has about 5x5m if (that's just the part where the TV will hang.). I would prefer boxes that I can hang on the wall left and right of the TV, the Centerbox then under the TV.
In the optimal case, the center depends on the height of the front speakers but good. For me, the front speakers were already at the height of the top of the TV (on the wall) and the center 1,20m deeper. Was good.
my suggestion would be:
Front system: a pair of Dali censor 3 (300-350 euro pair price) + wall brackets tiltable about 30-40 euro
Center: Dali Zensor Vocal (a series is always best in doubt) about 220 euro
Sub: Klipsch R120 SW (400-450Euro)
OR Klipsch R12SW (260-280) Euro. Also a good sub.
AVR: Denon X1400h 7.2 amplifier. Since you can always connect more speakers at any time. (About 350-370 euro)
You place the sub where it sounds best. You can place the speakers and the center as you imagined.
Trust me, everything is better than a sound bar.
I also changed times and then to 5.1. I also have the denon. Good calibration system and good operation and sound.
The Dali Zensor 3 I have in my other apartment on an old Pioneer stereo amplifier. Great sound, also a good speaker.
Mist not, much better than the sound from the TV, but a 5.1 or even stereo system with speakers over 50 euro the piece sound worlds better
I would recommend, instead of the Dali Zensor 3 a wall speaker. Even the censor is not specially trimmed to a wall-mounted lineup. A Nubox WS-103 would be much better suited, and falls on the wall, because of the small depth not so on. And the wall mount also falls away.
Yes but I think with 10-15 cm deliver the brackets, it should be done.
Are just a lot more compact speakers than the censor 3. More comparable to the 1er. Is there certainly synonymous with ner 16.5+ membrane?
I have not heard the speaker, but rather suspect that it would be better used as a rear. For the front, it should be something reasonably sized.
The 3 Series is on my shelf (rather ne filing) and has vlt 10-20 cm distance from the wall. Sounds good
Did the WS-103 hang as Atmos speakers on the ceiling. Fullrange I have not heard it, disconnect it just at 80Hz. But they have a large XMAX range, so despite the small diaphragm, they are able to lower quite a bit, just as the Nubox 313 can.
I heard the 313er. As Atmos definitely great, or rear. But as a front system grad, if he hears 3.1 … I would take something "big" if it should not be a floor speaker.
Well, if he wants a sub, you separate a little higher anyway, then it can be Regalis. Did the 313 on my PC with a cheap JBL subwoofer operated, has worked great.
I would separate both on small and 80 heart, sub then to 80 hz
