I recently bought the Microsoft Surface Book 2. I would now like to connect this to my receiver (LG LH RH 760 TF home theater system). https://www.amazon.de/...B000K28XRK If I simply connect the laptop with an aux to cinch connection, I only have stereo and no surround. Now I would like to ask if it is possible to connect the whole thing so that I have the surround sound. I have the following connections on my laptop:
2 USB Type-A version 3.1
1 USB Type-C version 3.1
3.5mm headphone jack
With Aux → Chinch you only have stereo is clear. I would think you would be best to drive with an external sound card.
