How do I turn off audio advertisements on my laptop that automatically play when the laptop is started?

Recently I have been receiving advertisements in the form of audio / sound files that automatically play at some point and I can't switch them off. All I can do is make the laptop sound quieter. I also tried to switch it off in the settings but it didn't help

Press Ctrl + Alt + Enft

click Task Manager

click on the "Autostart" tab

click on the autostart manager in the middle of the task manager or as it is called.
deactivate the program that provides advertising.
save and restart.

alternatively:

Windows key → Run → enter "msconfig" (without quotation marks) → autostart Continue as above.
