I've been having problems with my laptop lately. We have already tried it with a Windows 10 Cd. Unfortunately it did not work. This on the internet does not help me.
Sounds like a broken hard drive.
Check the manual to see which function key you need to press during the boot process to enter the BIOS. Check in the boot section if your hard drive is found. If it is not found, it is likely to be damaged or it may no longer be firmly seated in its connector (such as after a fall).
If your hard drive is found, the boot entry on the hard drive is probably damaged. Then set your BIOS so that your laptop first tries to boot from a properly created Windows 10 DVD. Starting the DVD works even if the hard drive is defective.
It usually takes a few minutes for the Windows installation to load, and the dark blue startup screen appears with the Windows window. You can usually bypass the country and language selection, then click on Next. Select computer representation options below. Now click on Troubleshooting. Select Advanced and then Jump-Start. The program will then analyze your hard drive and repair the boot entries.
