I was planning to buy a laptop and wanted to ask if I could get 60fps in Genshin Impact at maximum settings.
Specs:
Processor / CPU: I5-10300h
Graphics card / GPU: Nvidia GTX 1650 6GB
Main memory / RAM: 8GB single chanel
Yes and no.
Since you don't have a PC but "only" a laptop, the components do not run at their maximum performance.
But that doesn't mean the game isn't playable. You will be able to play it without any problems. Probably just not with a constant 60 FPS (with highest settings)
Edit:
I made a mistake. The Acer Nitro 5 apparently manages the game pretty well with a steady 60FPS. Just pay attention to the ventilation.
So is it also possible with 8GB?
8 GB will generally annoy you in everyday life and when playing other games. But yes it is possible.
Thanks.
So I guess you won't have much of a problem there.
I initially played it and was quite amazed at how well the engine works.
It's actually quite well optimized, but I can feel that the frame rate is unfortunately getting lower with every update - sure, the game is getting bigger and all that, but it's not that great.
So it could be that if you played it again now, you would feel the performance differences!
