New PC - no internet?

I bought a new PC, installed all drivers (which were on the CD or updated online).

Unfortunately there's no LAN cable at the location, so only Wi-Fi works. I'm connected, the connection breaks immediately with downloads. Did a speed test and come to 7mbit / s download rate.
On the laptop (50cm next to it) I reach the normal speed of 150mbit / s downloadspeed.

What could that be?
