Drag pictures from the S5 Mini mobile phone to the laptop?

I found my old Samsung Galaxy s5 mini, the screen is completely black but still works.
I could only access the pictures that were on the memory card.
But I would like to access the pictures that are on the phone memory.
so my question.

how do I do that if it works at all?
Or do I have to have the display repaired? And if so, how much would that cost me?

Try connecting it to the PC. Apple always comes with a folder, with external storage media, i.e. With this pc. You can see all the pictures there, regardless of whether the mobile phone display works
