Get data from the locked mobile phone?

I recently cleaned up and found an old phone from which I have not yet drawn the data (pictures, videos) on my laptop. However, I had to realize that on the phone is a PIN which I do not know anymore. Now I really want to have the data of the mobile phone, because the pictures are incredibly important to me.

The phone does not matter to me. From me, it can break it or anything else. It's about the data.

I already know that it is possible by data recovery on the Internet. However, this usually costs 250 euro. The pictures are basically worth the price for me, but unfortunately I'm in an apprenticeship 250 euro already a penny. Does anyone know maybe a company or someone who can crack the phone? I can prove by the data and pictures and prove that the mobile phone is my possession and belongs to me.

So a few basic things would be important to give you a reasonable answer:

Brand (e.g., Apple)
Model (eg iPhone 5)
Operating system (e.g., IOS)
Version (eg 10.x.x)

If your phone is already encrypted then you will not get the data again without code.

Besides, it depends on different factors - Android? IOS? Windows? Version? Manufacturer? Model? Etc.
