I bought the iPad 2018 and would like to install the Office package. I'm aware that I could go to the App Store to easily install Office 365. But I've already bought the paid package, which is not the 365 program, but the permanent (?).
But now the download does not happen. It does not want to download it. It also took several days for several laptops known to me until the Office package was completely downloaded. But at least you could see the progress. With me is complete standstill.
Question: How can I install the Office package now? Is that possible?
For the iPad you need the Office Mobile Apps from the App Store. Everything else does not funzt.
