I bought a new keyboard from Microsoft. This can be easily connected to my smartphone, but not to my laptop (Windows 10).
The keyboard expects a 6-digit ID to be entered, but the laptop does not display it to me as soon as I press pair.
The drivers are all up to date and the PC / keyboard has been restarted several times.
What could that be?

Yes Bluetooth, drivers are up to date.
Bluetooth icon is displayed in the system tray?
I found the solution. A standard password was stored, it was "000000". There was no mention of this in any sentence in the manual. I had tried "0000" intuitively, but no one could calculate with the six zeros.
