Got a pc a few weeks ago had a laptop in front of it and the problem is that the keyboard just doesn't arrive (wait for almost 1 month) and the PC has no Bluetooth so I can only work with the on-screen keyboard but I still have a Bluetooth keyboard lay here
Can I use my cell phone as a Bluetooth receiver or is there any other solution?
Go to the next store and buy a 10 euro keyboard / mouse set and use it until yours arrives.

If you can't get a keyboard on loan, just add a Bluetooth dongle for the USB port.

You can then dock all existing Bluetooth devices on the PC.
Or just use a very simple and inexpensive standard keyboard as a temporary replacement.
