Hi, I would like to buy a tablet and use it as a laptop. I'm not very familiar with the operating systems, but I would like to know if there are any with Windows and Android.

The Microsoft Office Apps are also available for Android. For devices with 10.1 inches or smaller, all you need is a free Microsoft account for full use. If the device is over 10.1 inches, just viewing documents is free. A Microsoft 365 subscription (formerly Office 365) is required for editing.
I do not know tablets with Android and Windows. If you can install your own operating systems on a Windows tablet, you could set up a dual boot with Android x86. So you would have such a tablet. Alternatively, you can take ChromeOS / ChromiumOS with Android app support.
IOS is a very strong operating system for tablets. In some aspects, it is the best. After that comes Windows and Android comes further back.
Since you want to take your tablet as a laptop replacement, I would choose Windows as the operating system.
