Moviestar planet bugg?

I have the following problem. I opened normal gifts and clicked on an open accidental, this hung up, so I relogged my game. As I want to log on to the laptop this is not and it appears the charging symbol which does not go away either. When I tried on the phone, I came into play. However, my friends did not show up and my game hangs when I chat or send friend requests. The rest goes as comment. But now this problem is on every account of mine. Was I locked in a way or is that a bugg?

For me on the phone today (afternoon) I also had problems with Msp My friend bar was empty and my messages did not want to load.
