Laptop can be switched on but does not start up?

What kind of operating system was on the laptop? Has anything been modified?

I would press the switch-off button for 10 seconds, then unplug the power supply, remove the battery, plug the power supply back in and turn the laptop on again.

Windows 10, nothing was modified.

Reads to turn on but won't boot up.

I sent in the device, no error was found and works again.

Do you just have to switch off the laptop and not disconnect it from the power supply?

Turn off the quick start in energy management. I'll see if I can find an instruction video.
