ASUS Notebook K75VM with I7 CPU does not start or is very sluggish. What to do?

I have an ASUS K75VM here for repair. Hard drive should be exchanged, because "very slowly". The notebook has a very strange problem. At the first start this morning, the device switched on. I'm looking forward to it. Hard drive out, SSD in. And now the phenomenon shows up, with or without an SSD / hard drive. After pressing the start button, it takes several minutes for a picture to appear. (times 5 times 10 min.). A normal start is out of the question. Wanted to play Win10. At the moment it doesn't start at all. I have now opened the device and removed the CMOS battery. Now wait until tomorrow. Let's see if something changes.

Question: Has anyone ever had this phenomenon with an extremely long delayed start, and solved it? If so, would be nice for a solution. I didn't find anything about it in the I-Netz.

ASUS says in the blog:

Make sure the latest BIOS version is installed.

● Perform a hardware check using the MyASUS system diagnostics. For more information, see https://www.asus.com/...Q/1038549/.

※ Note: The MyASUS system diagnosis is available for newer notebooks. Ignore this step if your notebook is not supported.

● If the temperatures inside the laptop are higher, system performance will decrease. For more information, see https://www.asus.com/...Q/1015064/.
