I have the problem that my laptop does not go up anymore but shows me the error 'Bootable device was not found'.
I've tried to find something on the internet about it and have learned that it may be that the laptop does not find the hard drive?
However, I have been able to see the menu and am of the opinion that the drive is displayed.
Can someone possibly tell me if my laptop can still be repaired without repair? (the laptop has a little quirk on the screen)
Thank you for help.
The HDD is apparently broken, is certainly not listed in the bios. The drive that you see in the bios is the DVD-LW.
Your hard disk, on which the operating system is on it, seems to be defective.
Of course this is a rather unfavorable case… If you can give the device to an IT specialist. We nerds now and then still have the opportunity to bring the box back to life, so you get your data ran. You can also ticked out hard disks, if necessary, again to get the data (not necessarily all and it also costs a lot), but then immediately after a new hard drive ago.
Your laptop does not recognize hard disk at all.
Look if everything is connected.
