Windows Stops High Recovery Environment Files Accidentally Formatted?

I have the following problem:

My laptop won't start up anymore which is why I tried to repair it. When I started up, I only got to the recovery environment and no further.
Now I accidentally deleted the volume for the recovery environment while repairing. Now I can't boot from my bootstick because either it is not recognized or under Legacy Boot is displayed as soon as I select the stick: Please insert bootable medium and press any key.

I can't get into the recovery environment either. (See pictures)

Does anyone know how to get back into the recovery environment?

Ps: I've created the boot stick a couple of times.

Thank you for your help.

Greetings Paul

What did you use to create the boot stick? You should always use the Media Creation Tool for this: https://www.microsoft.com/...ndows10%20

Then insert the stick, switch on the PC / laptop and go to the BIOS. To do this, you usually have to press F2 immediately after switching on. Then put the stick first in the boot sequence in the BIOS. Save and exit. Then there's a restart and the stick is booted.

The stick was created with the media creation tool and already placed at the top in the row of boats.
