Dual study tablet or laptop?

Hello I'm starting a dual course of study in September and plan to buy a laptop or tablet for it. Do you have any recommendations? And is it really the case that you only write with your laptop or tablet during your studies?

It is easier, my friend writes with a small laptop, because she finds it more pleasant than lugging around with a tablet, a keyboard and a mouse. She makes drawings on a pad and writes it back by hand at home, then scans it in and has it on the PC

In high school I had a tablet and somehow I thought it was great to work with it so I think I will continue to use it during my studies, it has both its advantages and disadvantages (we were a pilot project in high school to networked learning)

If so, the main thing is "soft" keystroke if you want to use for a lecture or course. I found it annoyingly annoying that some people always knocked so hard on the keys during the lecture. Hardly understood anything from the lecturer!

A laptop is more practical, especially ultrabooks are very small and easy to transport and the keyboard also makes it faster and easier to write. For me, a tablet has always been more of a device for watching films or playing on emulators

You also have to consider that you are significantly more restricted with Android or IOS than with Windows macos

A small Thinkpad would be more comfortable than a tablet

Both.

For example, I use my laptop at home, but after college I go with the tablet.Tablet only for lectures and exercises, very convenient but simple Tablet is not enough for me. If you also need different programs, better laptop
