My laptop does random things?

Some time ago my laptop was also spinning or error message: Unknown software error, when you start the task manager there's not enough memory, unknown software error, simple black screen but you can see the mouse pointer and can move it, page can't open, such a pixelated strange window was on the screen then went away and so on then everything was suddenly gone it was like that for a few weeks and then it came back eg BSOD… Quasi the usual

I have already tried / scannow found damaged files and repaired them but didn't change anything, what should I do now?

For me, that sounds more like a software error. What I would try in your place would be simply to back up the files you need and then a clean reinstallation. No reset or anything, but really install everything from the beginning.
