Virus on Windows 10 laptop?

Lately I've been getting the feeling that something is wrong with my laptop / I have a virus. I have read the signs like blackscreen, spoke completely full without anything really on it, slow opening of the programs, several crashes ect could be a virus? I don't really know about it, but I keep getting the saying that there are two pictures below, and with the first picture this is always when I turn on the laptop and with the second it sometimes comes completely random even though I enter the password correctly and the laptop I didn't turn it on / off too often either. After two hours of waiting, nothing happens there. I really ask for help: /
