Microsoft account security information?

After changing the number in Windows 10, I received a mail from Microsoft where it says "For security reasons, I should wait 30 days until my new stored number is up to date. Now I'm getting my 2 notebooks that have Windows 10 no longer have Wi-Fi network. There's no network list showing audio service is not executed nothing could be done that Microsoft has restricted me because I have not made a change to the network what I could do now
