Presentation on the Internet?

When I turned my notebook on, there were always different kinds of artwork in the background and I was asked if I liked it or if I wanted something different. This is no longer the case. It appears only the picture that I have set in the settings. What have I done wrong and how can I fix the error?

Actually it must give the option "Windows suggested backgrounds" or something like that. So you get then a changing picture.
