Reset Laptop Win10?

My friend gives me her laptop with Windows 10 and I would like to reset it to the factory default setting, as if it had been bought new.

When she bought it, she had Windows 10 already installed.

There's an option for a formation, for example, to reset the laptop that even Windows is uninstalled (so you would have to reinstall it completely with CD, etc.) and even the option simply that you retain Windows, just like when buy new with Windows 10 preinstalled.

Of course, I want the last option to just reset it to the factory default, Windows 10.
