Deleted song always comes back?

I have a song on my phone that can't be permanently deleted.

Whenever I delete it, it will be back in 3 days and in the 'New Added' list at the top. Somehow scary…

I have tried it quite simply on the Samsung Music Player, but also on my own files and even on my laptop.

The song is also not connected to the cloud and I can't imagine a virus because I've had the song for several years and it still comes from my old cell phone.

I hope, someone can help me, unfortunately, find nowhere an answer…
