Registration code not working?

I haven't played Sims 3 for several years, now I wanted to activate it again. Since I have a new laptop, I uninstalled the game on my old laptop.

I had to download it to Origin on the Nine laptop because the laptop doesn't have a CD drive.

When I get to the "Registration" window and enter my code, I can't click "Next".

Does anyone know how I can fix this error?

Go to the manufacturer's homepage. For my game I had to enter the code there and log out of old ones before I could log in again
