Look in the manual for how to turn on your laptop via keyboard or mechanical switch, the Wi-Fi.

With FN + F3

"I do not have a Wi-Fi driver anymore" says the ad "it's a red cross on the Wi-Fi"?

Probably not.

He seems to find no more Wi-Fi → hence the message that he did not connect. Now the only question is why this is so.

It would have been nice if you had packed some relevant data such as manufacturer and model name to your question…

Go through this Microsoft wizard to fix most issues:

Is my first question so I did not know what I should write everything it is an Acer Aspire A515-51G and with drivers I've looked and there was no one there for Wi-Fi but only Ethernet

Ch

I have unfortunately already done everything but it still can't be done

Ma

Really everything! That's a lot of points!

Make the driver new, and only the original driver from the manufacturer here:

https://www.acer.com/...t/7244?b=1

There seem to be 2 different drivers (Atheros or Intel), both of which I would try.

First completely uninstall / remove the old driver and restart computer.

Only then install a new driver (from the manufacturer!).

Possibly. Even delete the WLAN hardware from the device manager and completely restart. Because after a restart he will discover the WLAN hardware fresh and set up.

Ma

What changed you, that suddenly it does not work anymore?

Possibly. Any USB 3.0 devices purchased and connected?

Here is something about interference with USB 3.0 devices, it could even be the USB 3.0 interface on the laptop itself. Try to deactivate Bluetooth even turn off?

Seems to be a bigger problem - even the Indians give help (just does not understand much.):

If you have not done anything else → is it still showing other Wi-Fi networks?

Ma

Here's a better guide to getting rid of Wi-Fi problems:

I have read this manual, it is extensive and promising and offers many approaches. Please follow the instructions exactly. If you use it only superficially you will not succeed.

PS:

My tip is, a Windows Update has changed the system and unfortunately your WLAN driver does not support this changed Windows. Windows Update has automatically uninstalled your now incompatible driver. Solution is there often, get a current driver from the manufacturer, if available. Maybe a standard Windows driver works.
