Received my new laptop today and unfortunately saw that it has a broken pixel. Broken in my case means that the color is blue and I just can't get it to work. Have already tried color change programs, "massaged" the pixel and even tried it. Unfortunately none of this helped. What do repair shops do in such cases or do you have any recommendations to solve the problem?
Screens with pixel errors can only be replaced completely. Massaging only causes the screen to fail.
Is a touch display
If the box is new → dealer. The whole display has to be changed, whether a normal or touch, if there's a pixel in the bucket, it is a non-repairable defect.
