Pixel errors?

Suddenly I had a black spot on my Acer notebook and black spots on the edge (see photo). I sent it to Acer as a warranty claim and now I get the answer that the damage should have been caused by external influences. I always used the notebook properly and as you can see in the pictures, no damage can be seen. Unfortunately I'm not an expert. Hence my question: Can someone help me how such damage can occur.

That is hard. Basically you have to prove that the device broke not due to errors on your part but due to errors in production.

Legally you make it easy because something breaks in the first 6 months, you simply assume that it is a manufacturing defect. Then you have to prove that.

Normally no provider handles it like this because it alienates customers, but basically that's the way it is.

If I were you, I would just try to call the support and politely ask what they are doing now. If someone other than the one who told you this is working on user errors, you can probably reach a reasonable agreement on the basis of friendly communication.
