Picture up arrow Button does not work Laptop?

So I play GTA on a laptop, it also runs smoothly though only with 720p that's enough for me. Now my question I always play with my friends the robberies, if I want to restart a robbery times quickly then I have to press the picture up button, but that does not work for me I make the numlock but this somehow does not work somebody has a trick
