Dash through laptop?

Very short

I discovered that there's a line on my laptop when I watch YTube like that

The line is very weak, do I have to worry or have the PC exchanged? Or is it normal

I only see the dash in full screen on Youtube

Your screen is probably broken if you have a guarantee on it you can exchange it if the line doesn't bother you so bad but make sure that the screen doesn't break anymore if you have a guarantee then exchange it

Laptop but the strobe disappears when the part disappears at Ytube so this display shows how long the vid does not go and the monitor can't be broken only at Ytube and not at Netflix
