Controller in the stream?

I have seen that the streamer has a controller at the bottom left where you can see what you press, it is possible to create such a controller via a cell phone and display it in the stream

As a stream a webcam would help. Instead of pointing it at you, you can place it stably at another location, where it points downwards - ie towards your controller. If you record using a console, such as Xbox on a mixer, connect the webcam to the designated connection.
