Number pad has stopped working. What to do?

I'm using a laptop with Windows 10. The Num-Block has stopped working recently. It is switched on and still only the arrow keys on 4,6,8 and 2 work. I have already connected an external keyboard. It doesn't work there either.

What should I do?
