Mobile phone hangs in the boot loop Apple logo?

My iPhone has been stuck with the Apple logo for a few weeks and I don't have a back-up hard reset. Computer I can possibly borrow from someone, there are still ways to get the pictures with dr phone or as it is called and I'm now charging my cell phone a few hours on do you think it will come back on or do I have to wait until I can do it on a laptop

You need to restore your iPhone to iTunes from a computer. I would also recommend dr. Do not recommend phone. If you can't get into your iPhone, you can't save your data.
