For a few days now my cell phone has been stuck on the Apple logo and keeps going on and off. But if my cell phone needs electricity, the "I need electricity logo" still comes up. I'm trying to do a software update on my laptop right now, but despite the upcoming update it turns off and the update logo doesn't come either.
Does anyone have experience with this?
PS: I'm happy about every answer
I would either say that an important technical component is defective or the battery in the bucket. Call Apple Support and ask the guys. I think they can best help you there.
Already tried to force a restart?
iPad models with Face ID: Press the volume up key and release it immediately. Press the volume down button and release it immediately. Then press and hold the power button until the device restarts.
iPhone 8 or later: press the volume up button and release it immediately. Press the volume down button and release it immediately. Then press and hold the side button until the Apple logo appears.
iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus and iPod touch (7th generation): Simultaneously press and hold the side key or top key and the volume down key until the Apple logo appears.
iPad with home button, iPhone 6s or older and iPod touch (6th generation) or older: Press and hold the home button and the side button or top button at the same time until the Apple logo appears.
Which cell phone?
Just send it to an Apple repair shop (not Apple itself (caution opinion) is life-threatening for your money).
Watch out for Apple Support…
I had completely different experiences there. With my iPhone XR, the display always spun a bit (after falling down, which you didn't see on the surface) which gave me a new one and no I don't have Apple Care
So, I called a couple of times. They'll only pull a hunni from your account when you send the thing in.
By being careful, I don't mean to have it sent in or pay for something
Yes, I know sometimes they are men of honor. But if you read most of the stories on the net… Ouch.
If the state of charge is too low, charge with a power bank as a precaution.
You will probably not be able to reset, if it is the problem
eliminated.
Instead, you should go into DFU mode.
Together with iTunes - if there's a backup - you can restore your iPhone.
If that doesn't work, start over with factory settings.
In the worst case, if nothing is possible, you need your iPhone
let it totally unload, then load and then reset or restore
I wish you success
PS In Nuremberg there's a repair option that is Apple certified.
Is also true haha with my Apple Watch Gabs the fall detection option was not sent directly to me, so I would have preferred to try it out myself and the solution was simply to set the emergency pass to age 18 and then I could make 17 again and fall detection went
I've already tried it and it didn't work so I could only switch it off completely
Yes, but my one-year guarantee has already expired and I think I won't get a new one anytime soon
It is an IPhone 8
Then I advise on the latter.
