As in my last questions, I'm looking for a laptop that is suitable for playing Sims 4. I bought the last one from Amazon, which unfortunately doesn't quite work and will be sent back. Here is his data:
Ryzen 5 3500U 8-Thread 3.7 GHz CPU (15.6 inch Full-HD) Notebook (512GB SSD M2, 8GB DDR4, AMD Radeon Vega 8 Graphics, DVD ± RW, WLAN, Bluetooth, USB 3.0, Win 10 Prof., MS Office
I would like to have exactly the same or something similar not only from Amazon but from well-known sellers.
For those who still don't know: The companies Media Markt and Saturn belong together.
Go to a computer store and have a professional assemble a computer that you can play with. I did that and I'm very satisfied. The specialist told me that a laptop would not be suitable for gaming.
Thank you, but it doesn't help me any further.
Nevertheless, there are 2 independent brands with independent offers.
The one I bought was great for Sims. Only the seller is not that great.
The offered does not work because?
Then go to your Saturn or media market and say that you want this laptop or a comparable one.
Take that:
The specialist told me that a laptop would not be suitable for gaming.
I'm surprised that such a blanket statement comes from a specialist. Of course, laptops are also suitable for playing.
Unfortunately, the next specialist stores are further away. There's no sound on the laptop, it took ages to turn on and YouTube never works.
Unfortunately, it is too expensive for me. Didn't want to spend more than 500 euro.
Unfortunately, it doesn't quite work and is sent back
What does "not quite work" mean? Why didn't you have a new device sent to you? You also have no guarantee that the device will work at Mediamarkt and Co.
Otherwise, the specifications are not reading so well now. One should not expect miracles there, or should rather be unsuitable for playing in the medium term.
Why not a desktop PC? Such gaming laptops are always more expensive than normal PCs. A reasonably reasonable gaming laptop starts somewhere around 1,000 euro.
It is a new device from HP only the seller is still selling it with Windows. Unfortunately I did not find him on HP.
The sound does not go, hangs up when raised. Youtube does not work. Today he suddenly took ages to tackle.
You can take laptops with you. Therefore no PC.
Just update the drivers. If that's not enough, I would also reinstall the operating system and then update the drivers. Be careful: download the drivers and reinstall them on a USB stick before you reinstall the operating system. Not that you then need a driver for the network.
I really have no idea how to do it. There were no CDs either. I packed it up now and send it back. An idea where I can get something similar or exactly the same?
You only want to go to Saturn or Mediamarkt. So you have to go there too.
I didn't say that, they were just examples.
