you can enter the email address in the first field. I don't think you need a smartphone for that.
No, as far as I know, this is unfortunately not possible. Pretty annoying.
Why don't you have a smartphone these days if you're not necessarily 8 or 90?
You can upload pictures via the website, but of course there isn't much to get with a laptop camera…
LOL…
and what exactly is that supposed to help me now?!
I already have an Instagram account…
the problem is I Can't UPLOAD PICTURES FOR ALL
Why don't you have a smartphone these days if you're not necessarily 8 or 90?
really now?!
THAT should be the answer to my question?!
because maybe I'm chronically ill and can hardly leave the house?!
How do I know you already have an account? I thought the question was, how does that work without a smartphone?
Thanks for nothing
What is in my question is visible if you already have an account…
I thought you answered, BECAUSE YOU KNOW ABOUT INSTAGRAM…
obviously not…
Yes and no.
Well, that works, but as far as I know, after you've logged in on a smartphone. At Apple you can use the "Developer" tab
https://support.apple.com/...i20948/mac
under which you can then switch on a mobile view, so to speak lying to the computer that you are on your smartphone. If you click on iPhone (version…) there, the mobile view appears on the Instagram screen and, in contrast to the normal online view on the computer, you can upload pictures and add captions.
If you have an ipad, you can do without it. When you transfer pictures from the computer to the iPad, you can post as you normally would on your smartphone (including stories that, in my opinion, can't be done on the computer).
Unfortunately, as far as I know, everything does not work without a cell phone number. If your parents have a smartphone and you don't want to post something they shouldn't see, you could ask if you can log in on their phone once and then continue on the computer / iPad (no idea if that goes for other tablets too applies).
However, the parents would always have messages on the lock screen (x liked your photo, x posted a story, etc.).
Then you just have to express yourself more clearly.
"Is it also possible with a laptop?"
Yes will work. By registering on the site. That was my answer.
Until last year I didn't have a cell phone for 3 years +, I was always at home and DON'T NEED it… Why use "mobile" calls when I'm at home, why use "mobile" internet when I have my PC here…
Because a PC can do everything better at home and you don't do anything on the go that you need a smartphone for. Just as an example.
You usually take the pictures (if you are registered there because you want good photos) with a camera (DSLR / DSLM), then transfer them to the computer and edit them there and then post them. I think only a few users really post snapshots or completely unedited pictures from everyday life. However, some send such pictures / videos in their stories…
Personal tip: Do not post anything that has been recorded in the children's living room at home in such a way that people who know you or neighbors, colleagues, etc. Immediately know how you live. Preferably before unmade beds or with a lot of stuff on the sofa. Better to set up a designated photo corner, if you like, one that fits thematically, so depending on the genre, a corner in the kitchen / garage / hobby room, etc. Set up from which you always take photos / film.
No problem. The Instagram app is also available for Windows 10 in the Microsoft Store: https://www.microsoft.com/...blggh5l9xt
Can absolutely understand you.
Try to see if you can install Instagram on Bluestacks, in Bluestacks you drag and drop the pictures and possibly upload them there.
You can also use Wahtsapp via Bluestacks, so I also had the chance to "talk" to my family, because without Whatsapp you are already excluded from your own family -.-
90% of my cell phone is used for games and whatsapp family (while I'm at home).
Eigtl I don't need the thing xD… Sometimes taking a photo on the go is fine ^^. (oh and it shows me the clock! ^^)
Feel free to contact me if you need further help, you are welcome to send me a friend request: 3
OK thanks
I'm a bit pissed off and not so receptive
I've never heard of Bluestacks
It's a kind of "tablet" on the PC. So that you can use mobile phone games on the PC or for people like us who use Whatsapp (must) but do not have a mobile phone, you can also enter a landline number on Whatsapp.
