Netflix account not working on the laptop?

For a few days I have been seeing this message (see picture) when I want to watch a film / series on Netflix. But this only happens on my laptop and not when I open Netflix on my mobile phone, for example.

Can someone help me?

This is only due to the poor or lack of internet connection.

Then why does it work on my cell phone when I try in the same room? In addition, other apps also work on the laptop that also need an internet connection.
