AMD Ryzen 7 3700U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.30Ghz with 16 gb ram
Then it could most likely be the Vega graphics unit
which graphic settings do you play on?
Everything medium and shade off
Try times for a test low and see if it is better
Absolute framedrops still kp why sometimes 60 I do a skillshot and zack 20
Then you should check the temperatures and clock of your CPU

Ok it may be because I have a lot of apps on the laptop and 500gb 400 are used up
Is at 76 degrees xD
Temps are okay if it stays that way while playing and no that has nothing to do with the memory
