Best not on Amazon, you always get bad offers. Because the sellers have to pay commission there. I would recommend something used.

You should avoid the following…
INTEL Atom, Celeron, Pentium.
AMD types A, E and C.
All AMD Ryzen are well suited.
INTEL from Pentium Gold, i3 / i5 etc., but rather weak from the graphics unit.
The AMD Ryzen clearly have the better VEGA graphics unit.
