I have a laptop that is not that good (that may be due to the CPU (Intel Celeron) or RAM (4GB).
Does anyone know how I can do it faster?

Yes, Celeron is extremely slow.
What helps is an SSD.
Faster is usually hardly and if only very limited possible.
For this, the CPU should not be soldered firmly (but this is usually the case with cheap devices) and you have to find a CPU on the used market which has the same socket and the same TDP which is also supported by the BIOS. Notebooks are simply not designed for upgrading in this area.
But what is usually possible is that you can make the notebook more agile. Often you can expand the RAM and install an SSD instead of an HDD. Due to the RAM extension, the notebook does not have to outsource so much (virtual memory) and the SSD allows the notebook to load data faster.
But what exactly is up to you depends on your notebook.
Install a modern and streamlined operating system. Linux Mint XFCE is free, much better equipped than the non-free Winos and of course does not need a virus scanner for safe operation.
The operation is just as easy as XP.
The computer will certainly get back the old fire.
