Word 2013 bought online, installation problem?

Downloaded Office for a fee.

Now I can't install the program on laptop (without CD drive). Or. Comes to halfway when running the setup

Do you still have any beta or trial versions on it, then uninstall times before.

If that does not help, maybe such a cleaning software CCleaner o.ä. Run over it, although I'm not a friend of it otherwise.

Look in the event log of Windows, if there the installation is listed. Would have to stand in application, not system.

Without a detailed description of the error, you can't help you, because the error tells us as much as you probably ;-)
