Is the laptop enough for Fifa 19 & PUBG gambling?

I wanted to get a lapi and would fit perfectly from my price limit.

Now I wanted to know if Fifa 19 & pubg runs with 60 fps there?

would be the only games I would play.

I could only imagine 60 fps at the lowest graphics settings. The graphics card is not necessarily powerful. But if you like the graphics more or less, I think that there are about 60 fps in there.
