Notebook exchange for Errors?

Yesterday I bought a new notebook from a dealer (1200 euro!). After a short use (installing Office, Chrome,.) The problems started: Bluescreeens and the screen freezes. Is it possible in this case to reclaim the money? Or to get a new product? What would be your approach?
