I wouldn't buy it for the CPU alone
If some information about the hardware is missing, but based on what you can see, you can roughly figure the rest anyway.
I would pay maybe 100 euro for it, rather less.
You can see CPU and RAM, 4GB RAM and a CPU that falls asleep and is already at 100% load when booting.
A 4th generation i3 is significantly faster and it is already slow
Less than 20 euro or at most as a gift.
The device is pure electronic waste.
A Thinkpad with an i5 or i7 would be better when used.
