Friends hear each other twice on the PC recently?

I have the following problem. My girlfriend has a PC yesterday. She uses a headset to this which she has connected with a double jack adapter. Before that, she also used the headset on the PS4 and the laptop. The problem wasn't there yet. But now all of a sudden you can hear their ingame sound and we and twice. But I don't find the problem. Can somebody help me?

Then go to the control panel, then go to audio, then record and then deactivate the sound from the graphics card. Sometimes I think it's because of that I hope I could help
