Hello and I'm looking for a free program to cut videos for my laptop (Windows 10). I would not have to be able to insert much except small video clips, pictures and my voice.
As always, I recommend Shotcut.
Simple, free and you can also do larger projects with it.
For something small, it also works great.
Just use Microsoft's if you already have Windows 10
