Illegally stating an incorrect address?

I wanted to buy a laptop with notebook financing and financing. But since I live in Austria I can't do it because you can only do something with a German residence. Would it be illegal now to use a friend's address (who agrees)? Then the financing would go by my name and my friend would deliver the laptop to me as soon as it arrives
