Funny man rang last night?

I live in a block of flats and strange things are happening right now. The last days were always sweets in front of the main entrance door (just so without a message) who read my previous post, it knows. Then last night, a black-clad man with briefcase and laptop rang in the block. It was already about 18:30 clock. Nobody has opened, have spoken before with some neighbors. Police were informed, but they can't do anything first. Do you have any idea what he might have wanted?

Most likely criminal background. At next visual contact with the person, inform police immediately.

If nobody talks to the man, you'll probably never find out. ^^
