Change DVD menu language?

I encountered a problem with my Criminal Minds DvDs a long time ago. The menu is in English but it can't be changed (both on my DvD player and on the laptop). But it does not happen with all DvDs but only with some. The audio files are still played in German. Is there a way to change the language?
