Looking for a laptop, which one would you recommend?

I'm looking for a laptop with me

1. Can do schoolwork (LibreOffice etc.)

2. Even offline, fluent, can play (for example, Anno 1800 (Do not worry, I still have a real PC for it, the laptop is only in between)

And 3. Programming on the way (Eclipse, Java)

and most importantly not so expensive.

An exact budget would be great.

Otherwise, this would be quite fitting:

Vega 8 IGPU, 12GB RAM, SSD + HDD and a strong 4 coreer.

Without naming a notebook now: from about 850 euro and more.

Sorry, but a Vega 8 is not enough.

From GTX 670 desktop (and that's not funny then) at Anno 1800

You should think twice about the games. For office applications and programming, a frugal CPU (e.g., Intel with U-suffix) with integrated graphics should be sufficient. For games you need at least a separate GPU and active cooling, depending on the game even a better CPU. This increases the price greatly, the battery life drops a lot and the device is i.d.R. Also heavier and bigger. These are pretty significant drawbacks, especially if you have a PC, which makes playing a lot more enjoyable anyway.

Otherwise, a few important details are missing:

Budget (not so expensive is not a very precise indication, the range goes from a few hundred euro to many thousands)
Shape and size (I would not take less than 15 "to program with an IDE)
Claims regarding battery life, keyboard, touchpad, screen quality, etc.

Oh thanks, I thought Anno is undemanding.

As FireEraser has said, a gaming laptop will be very, very expensive

I could recommend you my laptop, on which you smaller games, such as. The Room can play

Unfortunately, I have not found an offer for the same model since it has not been produced since February of this year

But these laptops should be similar to the ones I use

Whether these laptops meet your expectations, I can't tell you unfortunately. At that time I bought my laptop at Amazon, but unfortunately it is no longer available there
